I've been racing for a while now but ankle is broken at the moment, will mt ash be a good race to be my first one back on the bike?

It's not rough at all. The only didgy bit would be the very start in the ruts depending on the weather conditions and the muddy run into the log drop but then it's piece of piss there after

Hi Paul,

Make sure your pre-entered, get there nice and early so your ready to go with the first uplift, Jason at sign-on will sort you out with number boards timing chips. Just follow the flow really, any question just ask, 99% of racers are happy to help.

Enjoy

And you will need a fiver as a deposit for your timing chip.
You can either give the chip back at the end of the weekend, and get the fiver back, or you can keep it for next season (you keep the same number, generally, and if not the chip can be reprogrammed).
