what an amazing weekend, hmmm, woke up late and managed to get one practice run of the new track, did my first race run pretty poorly went to do my 2nd run, couldnt clip in off the start, first drop i go over the bars and go head first into the ground pushing my helmet into my face and gettin me a seth enslow esque picture:

Glad your ok, but deary me you messing up a drop, unheard of, thats my job crashing 'over' drops!

considering the weather it was a proper hoot.

the changes to the track are mint and it stood up to the abuse pretty well.

a big shout to the 2 guys who were stood on the berm after the first straight (comin out of the chute at the start), and the other 2 stood slap bang on the racing line on the exit of the berm.
if it wasnt for you i wouldnt have had to hit the anchors on the fastest part of the track and totally mess up my line into the first bus stop.

cost me a good 15/20 seconds by the time i got back up to speed, cheers for that lads  Wink


my only gripe was the last of the bus stops on the middle section ruined the track for me, coming out of it with both wheels drifting as awesome fun though

aye his back brake died and he flew of the rock slab
had to go to a&e for stiches so he missed sundays racing
