hope brakes

hiya i have a set of hope mono m4 brakes ,
the front brakes is superd but the back brake is crap ,
the back brake doesnt brake, when i pull the lever the lever touches the bars and still doesnt brake and the piston dont come out enough to make the pads touch the disc , a have opened the top cap to see if there was fluid in and there is ,


help please

sounds like air or sticky seals, try rebleeding it.
