« on: September 18, 2006, 22:09:58 PM »

Got off the phone to shaun (deadsailormaster) who has just dislocated his knee riding fort bill. Sounds nasty but hell pull through. For now hell just have to stick with two metal poles and watching bike videos im afraid. (now accepting DVD donations Wink)

Hope you get better soon mate, ill drop my donations off this week.

Bad luck dude, a year is too long, I was off for 8 month when I did my left knee and that was bad enough. Have a speedy recovery mate.

Right well a little update.

From them moving my knee they reckon both cruciate ligaments are bust (very rear he says), but defo one. Got to have a M.R. scan to confirm this. The procedure to fix my knee will be removing muscle from my thigh and using key hole surgery dill a hole in my knee and put the muscle in. Then loads of physio.

But there is a good thing from today, I am aloud to drive woop woop.
