Abercarn, Mnt Ash and Taff are the easy ones. Also cwmcarn and gethin arent too bad. But why dont you just do the whole series? you WILL have loads of fun even on the harder tracks (mynydd du and rheola).

LOL, if you couldn't remount and keep going after a crash I'd never have finished a race in my life!

You crash, you get back on and pedal like a b'tard until you crash again. Repeat. Finish. Its great!

i dont think ill be able to do any of mynydd though in the helmet vid all you can hear is crunch
ill definatly enter next year though

im thinking of entering next year aswell on my hardtail. You should go to the winter practice sessions like i was going to do if i wasnt broken. Should be a good laugh

i would only do practice days on long or steep tracks other Wise go up there on the weekends and push up Wink

Didnt u ride mynydd du wiv a dislocated finger or sumin luke, lol crasy boy Grin

yea i did, on my first run on sunday i dislocated my finger half way down and managed to get down in a  tidy time haha. then poped it back in myself oooo the pain  Grin
