sometimes when i go on it says "SMF ERROR" is that what you mean? then below  it says "server busy, please try again later"

No where in the code or in the config do the words "server busy" appear, so I have no idea why you are seeing that - it isn't the forum server generating it. If the DB is down, it say SMF EROOR Cannot connect to database.

Mines got worse, it keeps saying the website can not be found and i need to try later, then i try 5mins later and it works.

its to do with the tmp storage of the forums, where it gets full.once its whipped if works fine again Cheesy
