Due to work commitments it has taken far to long, but its at a state to go beta...

Profile > Look and Layout Preferences > Current Theme... click "change"  > Select "sdh-v0_8"

This will become the default theme all members will see... once we have shaken the bugs out. If you are feeling brave and/or curious please check it out and post your bugs/issues/feedback below.

Cheers,
Al

I know what you mean, we tried various font sizes and colours of fonts and backgrounds. We ended up here. I am by no means averse to something diff, so mock-up away Smiley

Looks clean and tidy, only thing im finding difficult, it used to be easy to see if a board or topic had anything new in it since i'd last looked, now this is hard to tell. Seems a lot of new logos and things...

Actually after looking in help, it explains it all. So yeh, can't see any problems with it visually. Maybe add some colour to the little icons such as topic you've posted in/hot topic etc as they're not very obvious at a glance, it takes effort and stuff...  Roll Eyes

Nice one guys  Grin
Im liking the new template, i think im going to carry on using it and get used to it.
Only a few things id mention.
Its hard to tell the difference between sticky and non sticky topics and also on the main forum view where it says the latest posts etc grey is boring  Smiley
But only small niggly things really  Tongue

I quite like it, but i would agree with everyone else about the text being a killer to read. Also its a bit dull, being pretty much completely grey. Its also harder to see the difference between posts made, where it used to be Orange then white and its now just slightly different tones of grey.

Anyway, Overall i like it.  Smiley

As Al* said, a bit more contrast for the text would be nice, but other than that it looks super smooth  Smiley
