I know you might be after the nukeproofs because of the mag/ti offering. But have you took a look at what is on offer from Superstar? I have the Nano Tech Flats and they are basically the same pedal..

I've had a set on an xc bike for over a year, they still have all the pins and no play in the bearings/bushings. Superstar alus on the dh bike, the nukeproofs are too dear for that.

I can't offer long term advice as mine are only a few months old but I can comment on grip levels.

Nice wide platform offers a good amount of support. I've been a Dedicated Azonic A-Frame user for the last 10 years and these are the first pedals I've liked that are different.

I've removed the centre pins from mine as I found the overall feel a bit flat and not concave enough, but thats done the trick.

Not bashed them on any rocks yet though, so can't comment on how well the body holds up the the usual pin ripping out issue that most mag pedals suffer with.

Are you trying to make your Session exactly like mine? or just a little bit? :-)

A set of these with gold Ti axles comes too, £115

They will also be lighter than the nukeproof as there machined out, They have coloured pins and pedal bodies and are £25 cheaper.

I know what id go for.

Are the pedals your after the same as any of these: http://www.readytoridecycles.co.uk/pedals-82-c.asp

Same pedals just not re-branded - the manufacturer is http://www.ht-components.com/

Its what i have on my trail bike... no problems thus far & nice and cheap (though i did get mine pre-order)
