OCD question here:

just got some new 09 boxxers(cheers jake  Grin) and wandering if heli tape works to protect them well without making them look shite? Its partly coz i dont trust my lbs as they buggered my frame (dropped it upside down)? any other products recommended would be appreciated too.
cheers!

Well Heli-Tape will be visible on your lowers, and is noticable, however if you take your time with the scissors you can make a very neat and tidy job of it.
I Heli-Tape my frame, however when it comes to fork lowers, I don't mind them getting scratched as I will re-spray the lowers at the end of each year anyway, complete with new decals, so it's no big deal..

If you do decide to get some Heli-Tape, I have tried a few different brands, but contact 'Duane..' on here as his stuff is the best and very competitively priced!
