The weather help out and gave the riders a blinding day to have the Fort William World Cup with lots of sun beaming down on a dry track.
Sarah Newman was the first rider down the track in today’s racing with a fantastic roar from the spectators. Katie Curd had a great run giving her a well earned 14th.
Fionn didn’t quite do as well as she has in the 4X last night putting he in to 12th position a massive 30 seconds behind.
When Nicole Myiam came down she smashed the current leader by just under 11 seconds, racing looked on when Floriane came down and slipped in front.
Tracey Mosley came down in 7th position 15 seconds back from the Sabriana! Emmeline Ragot had a quicker split, time and went fastest with just Sabrina to come down saw French riders owning Fort Willaim.
Sabrina as the fastest qualifier then hit the track and on the split was a massive 4 and half seconds up and won the race by over 9 seconds when she hit the finish putting her is a massive lead in the series.

The first Great Brittan men’s rider down was rob smith putting him onto the podium with a 5.02.12 but not for long as Nathan Rennie came down but only 5 seconds ahead, Rennie is quite on form at the moment.
 After winning the 4X Jared Graves came down in 43rd position, its good to see the some riders entering both disciplines still at world cups.
Bernard Kerr has a great run, he is one to watch. Harry Heath came into the finish with some style over the last jumps. Fabien Barrel kicked into the hot seat with a 4.49, not quite up there with what we have to see though....
  When the guys top top guys came down Josh Brycland had a storming run and was sitting on the podium for quite some time until Sam Hill smashed it by 5 seconds. Blenkinsop, Hannah and Peat came down as big contenders but the top spot stayed for hill until the Santa Cruz rider minnar came down just in front beating hill by1.45 When Gee got to the bottom he was off the pace and took 4th position

Although Steve Peat was off the podium mission out of the chase of his 50th he has kept that leaders jersey for the overall.
