Did you catch the action on freecaster? Were you there? It was brilliant! Front wheel washouts ahoy. Gracia went off with the medics holding his wrist, we’ll have tohope he is okay for the DH on Sunday. In the ladies the Aussie Caroline Buchanan went down hard after the first corner and was stretchered off, fingers crossed its not as bad as it looks. Anyway, full report from Yiddy tomorrow, so for now here are the results!

Sam Dale Crashes Hard - Updated
We don’t know details yet, but a call from on the hill informs us that in qualifying Sam Dale crashed badly and was carted off the hill by the medics. More when we get it. Hopefully its not serious, as Sam is a top lad.
Update: He has broken his collar bone and will be spending the night in hospital. Head is okay, but he’ll be out of the race obviously.
